Physics of Flight “C License”

The C License requires 25 accuracy landings within 7 feet (2 meters) of the target and is considered part of the “200-jump wonder danger zone.”

This course emphasizes risk management and precision landings, providing a practical approach to advanced canopy flight and decision-making. Through focused ground instruction and flight drills, participants deepen their understanding of the physics of flight, slow-flight control, pitch and pendulum management, wind correction and ground track planning, low-turn decision-making, and critical emergency procedures, including dive arrest. The course highlights awareness, precision, and conservative judgment, equipping jumpers to manage canopy performance, recognize limits, and make safer choices in dynamic environments.
